Delivery

Your order under normal circumstances will be dispatched within 2 working days, if there are any delays we will let you know by email or phone. All our orders are sent by Royal Mail, if you have not received your order within one week please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Products

All our pieces are hand made by our artists in our studios in Rochford, and our partner studios in Venice. We also have artist Caroline Weidman providing commisioned work for us. Every piece is individually photographed and you will receive the piece seen and not something similar. This may occasionally mean we are not able to offer you the piece chosen in this case we will contact you urgently so that you may re-select or obtain a refund.

All our 925 silver chains coincide with EU Nickel directives.

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will fully refund your money on return of the goods, within 14 days of receipt and in an unused condition. (Refund does not include postage and packaging) This does not affect your statutory rights.
